In order for people with disabilities to get the support they need, they need to know about the legal framework in Austria. The equality of people with disabilities is constitutionally guaranteed in Austria. An important milestone in equality law is the Disability Equality Package, which includes a ban on discrimination against people with disabilities in a wide variety of areas of life.
