Strong teams - What managers and employees dream of
In a good team, the individual gears mesh perfectly with each other as in a gearbox. But teams have something gearboxes do not have: feelings, relationships, experiences, attitudes, habits, and future thinking. Things do not always work smoothly. It is up to the leader as well as every single member of the team to create a pleasant and respectful working atmosphere.
The two magic tricks that are usually longed for: have time and get attention. Understanding is the spirit of collaboration. How do employees recognize that their manager is acting responsibly? How does the manager recognize that employees enjoy working and cooperate with each other?
Satisfied, motivated employees make teams really strong. This applies to any kind of team, whether they are full-time employees or volunteers.
- What do team members / executives dream of? What wishes do they have?
- How do you build strong, vibrant teams?
- The big and important topic "transparency"
- Success blocks - what blocks the team, me personally (unfulfilled expectations for example)
- What does a good team need in terms of structure and helpful processes?
